Bed was extra comfy and sheets were nicely fresh scented clean. Felt relaxing!
Bathroom area needed updated... Poor calking job around sink/ bathtub areas.

Breakfast on the weekend started and ended early, there was no directory in the room,it should be a map and the ice machine was broke, vending was very limited

Staff was fantastic
Seems like place has been closed for long time.musky run down. Pool was not available. If going to advertise things ,they should be available. Also tied up the price quoted and $25 a night in my bank account. Wasn't counting on this fee so cut into available cash flow.

Requested early check in at 2pm. Rooms were not ready til 2:50. We had to rush to get ready for a wedding.

Moldy, dirty, and under renovation. Could have competed with the Bates Motel. No pool. Scary hallways.

Water pressure
Our shower didn't work. The hotel had a big hole in the hallway where maybe a air conditioning unit was at one time. Manager promised us half off the room and the next morning he wasn't there but the desk attendant only could send refund in mail. Even when we paid cash. Ridiculous. We complained and got a refund but 10.00 less than what was discussed. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked online and gave a credit card number to hold room. It was confirmed. Only to get there after the event we attending to find out that they couldn't find our reservation. They In turn gave us a room that was less than adequate. We had to relocate rooms 3 times. Our night was ruined. What a fiasco!

Staff were professional, courteous and willing to please.
It was visible from the highway but there was not one sign directing you to the road to Ramada It was 4:30 in the morning,, not one lstreet light, construction was being done Hampton Inn had a sign with arrow!
